Your Precautions for Covid-19 ?


Our premises are constantly cleaned and ventilated. The products are carefully disinfected and packed by our team who wear a mask throughout the day. 

 

How to use Magic Tricks? 


Each magic trick includes a video explanation manual that allows you to learn step by step how to complete the trick with the included gimmicks.

 

What type of payment do you accept?

What are your delivery times? 


It takes 5 working days for your order to be delivered to you, if the delivery address is in France. 


It takes 5 to 10 working days for delivery to Europe and 10 to 15 working days for delivery to Asia and the United States.


However, during holidays, national holidays and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the deadline can be extended by a few days. Our teams do their best to satisfy you.

We deliver all over the world!

 

How much is the shipping cost? 


The shipping costs are calculated automatically by the different carriers at your checkout, you can choose what delivery method you prefer.

 

Can I change my delivery address? 


You can change the delivery address immediately by sending us an email: contact@lesfrenchtwins.com

 

Can I exchange or return my purchase?


A magic trick is based on SECRET and PRIVACY.


All magic tricks received intact and having been opened cannot be exchanged. 
Magic tricks cannot be exchanged unless the product received is damaged or does not match your order.


Any product (excluding magic tricks) that has been received damaged can be exchanged for a similar product if our stock allows it. You could exchange your order within the next 10 days following the delivery. 


If you have received a product that you have not ordered, we apologize and we kindly ask you to return the product to us so that we can ship you the product originally purchased. 
The products must be: 

  • new 
  • in the original packaging and tags
  • unworn
  • unwashed


How do I return an order? 


If you meet the conditions to return your order please send us an email at contact@lesfrenchtwins.com to tell you how to proceed.

 

Can I be reimbursed?


Magic tricks cannot be reimbursed because the magic trick is based on confidentiality. Once the magic trick is opened, the secret of the trick is revealed. Unfortunately, a refund is not possible. 


Clothings are refundable if : unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
